Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) based on shipping method chosen when checking out. Orders for in stock items are fulfilled within one business day of order being placed, during periods of high volume (Black Friday/Holiday season) order fulfillment may be subject to minor delays. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped right away you will be notified via email or phone number you provided when the order was placed. We are not open on weekends, orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following business day we are open. Orders placed over holidays or holiday weekends will be fulfilled the following business day based upon the order they were received.

Shipping Insurance

We take great care in packaging your order, Tailfin Speed Supply warrants orders leaving our facility are packaged to the highest standard, however it is recommended to add insurance for all orders over $100. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all International orders. Tailfin Speed Supply shall not be held responsible for damage as a result of shipping and handling.

Taxes duties and tariffs

Tailfin Speed Supply is located in Delaware, state and local taxes are charged at the time of the order when applicable, however any additional taxes, duties, customs, or brokerage fees that may be due upon arrival are the responsibility of the purchaser. WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT LOWER THE VALUE OF PRODUCTS TO REDUCE THE PRICE OF TAXES OR TARRIFFS.

Express or expedited orders

In stock expedited orders placed before 12pm Central time will be shipped the same day. If your order is time sensitive and you need a product shipped express or expedited after 12pm please call +1 (302) 409 8460 and place your order with one of our sales representatives.

Below you will find a map with estimated shipping times for UPS Ground. These are estimated delivery times, which may change during times of high demand.

Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization number or RA number. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number before shipping product back. Returns received without an RA number will be subject to delays as we will not attempt to contact you to figure out the reason for your return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, returns with an open box may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable.

Returns over 30 days old will not be accepted.
